Overview

In 2018, the Lakeridge Apartments consisted of a complex of 17 buildings, containing 93,847 gross square feet (77,686 net). The buildings stood on a triangular piece of land, its northeastern border edged by Northrup Way and its southern border lined by NE 8th Street. Its western side bordered Keeney Park and Saint Peters United Methodist Church. The apartment buildings had 88 units, each averaging 882 square feet in size.

Three architectural firms, Zaik-Miller Architects of Portland, OR, Fletcher and Finch, Architects, and Farnham and Peck, Architects collaborated on the Lakeridge complex's design.
