Overview

In 1907, there were two Nickel Theatres listed in the Los Angeles, California, City Directory, 1907, (p. 1094), one managed by C.B. Bockover at 349 North Main Street, and this one, managed by the Wester Amusement Company at 255 South Main Street.

The Nickel Theatre was in operation at 255 South Main in 1908. (See Los Angeles, California, City Directory, 1908, p. 1060.) This theatre was not listed in the Los Angeles, California, City Directory, 1910.
