Building History

The journal Western Journal of Education reported in 1919 that the Los Angeles architectural firm of Allison and Allison had contracted with the Los Angeles Unified School District to design an elementary school on East 7th Street. It stated: "Contract for a $100,000 school building at East Seventh and Wilson streets, Los Angeles, will be awarded soon. Allison and Allison are the architects."
