Building History

Kevin and Valerie Erdman moved into this residence in late 1999, and found many problems requiring immediate attention. They had to raise the foundation 10 inches to avoid flooding that had already occurred in 1982, remove asbestos, replace wiring and install an new heating system. These changes were documented in an article "Love at First Sight," in Better Homes and Gardens, 06/2004.
