Building History

Pam and Randy Nicholson purchased this 6.5-acre estate outside of Sequim, WA, in 1999. The magazine Better Homes and Gardens featured their residence and the lavender farm on which it was situated in its 07/2004 issue. In 2004, the Nicholsons operated a lavender farm with 10,000 plants, a small store, and a nursery, selling plants via retail and wholesale means. They moved from a residence in Las Vegas, NV, after spending 18 years in that desert city.
