The German-born Seattle real estate developer, Charles P. Dose (born 02/24/1843-d. 09/03/1926) and his wife, Ida Schuldt Dose (born c. 1847-d.04/27/1921), resided in this Tudor Revival Style house from its construction in 1910 until at least 1920.
