Building History

Seattle architect Seth Fulcher (1914-2004) designed this residence for Robert P. Bocek (born 08/21/1919) for a site in the affluent East Side suburb of Hunts Point, WA. Bocek worked as a building contractor, and was elected to the Association of General Contractors (AGC), Mountain Pacific Chapter, Executive Board in 01/1964.
