Overview
Melvin Eaton commissioned this residence from Syracuse architects Gaggin and Gaggin, the preliminary plans for which were being done in 01/1915. The same firm was also designing a residence for Warren Eaton in Norwich, NY, at the same time. (See "Syracuse, N.Y.,"The American Contractor, 05/30/1915, p. 40.)
