Overview
The Syracuse architectural firm of Gaggin and Gaggin designed this 2.5-story house (with basement) in late 1914 and early 1915. Bids were to be solicited by 02/02/1915. This wood-frame dwelling was to have clapboard siding and a shingle roof. It measured 24 x 32 feet. (See "Syracuse, N.Y.,"The American Contractor, 05/30/1915, p. 40.)
