Overview

The Manhattan Apartments were in operation in 1917. In that year, the building contained two, three, four and five-bedroom furnished and unfurnished apartments, with hot water, steam heat and telephones in each unit. (See R.L. Polk and Company's Seattle, Washington, City Directory, 1917, p. 1106.)

Demolition

The Manhattan Apartments were demolished, The Metropolitan Park West Tower stood on its site in 2017.
