Overview

The Los Angeles Herald reported on 09/29/1901 that S.J. Hardison was planning a residence to be designed by architect Fernand Parmentier: "S.J. Hardison will erect a two-story dwelling on the corner of Ninth and Albany streets to cost $4165. F. Parmentier is the architect, and Murphy & Co. are the contractors."
