Overview

In 1905, Henry Broderick (1880-1975), then Manager of the Real Estate Department of John Davis and Company, resided at 1107 15th Avenue in Seattle. Broderick would go on to found his own real estate company, Henry Broderick, Incorporated, in 1908, and become a leading figure in real estate circles in the city. His firm existed from 1908 until it was sold to Coldwell Banker in 1969.
