The Security Building occupied the northwest corner of Colorado Boulevard and West Broadway.

Overview

This six-story commercial building contained retail spaces on its first floor and offices above. In 1928, its owner was F.W. Braun, and the building manager was Roy C. Wages. It catered to professionals. In that year, at least 4 law firms, 13 dentists or orthodontists, and 14 physicians had offices in the Security Building.

Building Notes

In 1928, architects Cyril Bennett and Fitch Haskell occupied Room # 600 in the Security Building. H.C. Nickerson, also an architect, made his office in Room #224.
