Overview
In 1927, Albert J. Brygger was the President of the Peoples Bank and Trust Company in Seattle. In 1940, he continued to serve as President of what was then known as the "Peoples National Bank of Washington." He resided in a Colonial Revival residence at 303 West Highland Drive in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle, WA, in 1940. (See R.L.
