Overview

In 1921, the California Fireproof Building Company, Incorporated, owned the California Building, located on the southwest corner of South Broadway and 2nd Street in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. At this time, A.J. Waters was the President of the California Fireproof Building Company, with Frank Ryan, Secretary. (See Los Angeles, California, City Directory, 1921, p. 679.)
