Overview

Wisconsin brewer Ernst Eilert erected his Fresno Brewing Company on a 20-acre parcel on M Street in Fresno, CA. Originally, Eilert built a 6-story brewery where his firm produced High Grade Beers and distributed Appolinaris Mineral Water. Eilert also built a two-floor, brick warehouse and office building in 1907 that has survived to the present.

Demolition

The main portion of the brewery complex was demolished in 1955.
