Overview

Seattle architect, Milton A. Stricker (1926-2008) designed this two-floor, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath residence for Rex and Virginia Zumwalt in 1970. Elevated above the Steilacoom shoreline, the Zumwalt House had sweeping views of Puget Sound from most main rooms. The house had a large living room joined with a dining space, a bar, work-out room and an office in 2017.
