Donovan, of Oakland, to prepare plans for the construction of the first unit of the combination primary and grammar school that is to be placed adjacent to the Oak Park Grammar School on the block bounded by Cypress, Madrone, Raynsford and Spafford avenues. The unit will cost $120,000. Another unit, at the Raynsford avenue side, will be added later as funds are available bringing the entire cost to $200,000."
