Building History
A photograph of the College Place Chiropractic Clinic appeared in the Seattle Times on 10/08/1972. Its caption read: "Construction has begun on College Place Chiropractic Clinic, 19625 68th Avenue West, Lynnwood, under a Small Business Administration program. The building, designed by Waldron & Pomeroy, architect, has three office suites opening onto enclosed courts as well as central reception, administrative and clerical spaces. Exterior of the building will be brick with a metal roof. Lanscaping is designed by Richard Carothers Associates, landscape architect. The $128,500 building is being built for Fred Paterson, owner, by Harbor Construction. Financing is provided by Teachers State Bank, with guarantees by S.B.A. and the Eastside Local Development Corp." (See "Clinic under way in Lynnwood," Seattle Times, 10/08/1972, p.E2.)
