Alsop and Company, owned by W.F. Babcock and Tiburcio Parrott, owned this building at 411-413 California Street in San Francisco, CA. (SeeLangley's San Francisco Directory, 1861, p. 367.) Their corporate offices were located at 439 California Street in 1869. (See San Francisco, California, City Directory, 1869, p. 69.)
