Overview

Landgraf, Schmid and Company operated the Golden Gate Hotel in 1867. (See San Francisco, California, City Directory, 1867, p. 216.) The Schnutenhaus Brothers took over management of the Golden Gate Hotle by 1872. (See San Francisco, Calfiornia, Directory, 1872, p. 278.)
