Reinholt, a native of Bellingham, is a graduate of the University of Washington. He joined the firm in 1948 as a sales associate in downtown Seattle. He lives in Edmonds. The Northgate store is schedule to open in early fall.” (See “Penney Names Manager for Northgate Store,” Seattle Post-Intelligencer, 04/04/1965, p. 62.)
