Overview
This building provided the third office space for the Yolo-Sacramento Port District, founded in 1947. The first location was extra space set aside in the Sacramento County Courthouse, and the second in leased office space in the California Fruit Building in Downtown Sacramento. Architect Ray Franceschi designed the builidng that was erected in 1962. It opened in 01/1963.
Alteration
A third floor was added.
Demolition
Vandals caused a flood on the building's interior ultimately necessitating the building's demolition.
