The Weir Cabinet Factory produced cabinets and furniture in San Francisco, CA, during the 1860s.

Building History

The W.G. Weir Company's was considerably smaller in 1867 than it would be two years later, as suggested in two city directory advertisements. The Weir furniture factory continued to operate in expanded quarters at 113 Hayes Street in 1869. Its showroom was located at 638 Market Street in that year. (See San Francisco, California, City Directory, 1869, p. lxxxiv.)
