Overview
In 1911, the Pacific Warehouse Company maintained its main office at 1017 Western Avenue, a large warehouse building in what was then known as the "Commission District." S.A. Hull was the manager of the company. (See Seattle City Directory, 1911, p. 1063.) This area of Western Avenue was home to many food wholesale companies, who rented spaces in the numerous warehouses nearby to the Port of Seattle and the Northern Pacific Railway's tracks paralleling the shoreline.
Demolished
This warehouse building was razed. The Waterfront Place Condominium Building stood at this address in 2016.
