Overview
The Pacific Warehouse Company built this 120 by 134-foot brick warehouse in 1908-1909. This was located in the heart of what was known as the "Commission District" in Seattle, an area filled with wholesale produce company warehouses. In 1912, the Pacific Warehouse Company had its headquarters at 1017 Western Avenue.
