Overview

The Seattle Fire Station #30 served the Mount Baker neighborhood from 1947 until its demolition in 2009. Following its removal, the Seattle Fire Department maintained a temporary facility covering Mount Baker at 3113 Wetmore Avenue South. The second station on this site, designed by the Seattle architectural firm of Schacht | Aslani Architects, was completed in 03/2011.
