The John Hickey House was located at the corner of Baker Strret and Magnolia Street.

Overview

TheBuilding and Engineering News indicated in its 05/29/1918 issue that Stockton architect E.B. Brown had the contract for a $10,000 residence for John J. Hickey, a rancher, at the corner of Baker and Magnolia Streets. The Sinnett Brothers got the contract to build the Hickey House. (See "Bungalows," Building and Engineering News, 05/29/1918, p. 9.)
