Overview

In 1898, the Holt Manufacturing Company, led by led by Benjamin L. Holt (1849-1920) as President and Charles H. Holt as, had its factory located at the corner of Church and Aurora Streets. It produced Holt Brothers' Combined Harvesters, Holt Brothers' Traction Machines, boilers, carriage and wagon wheels, and hardwood lumber.
