Overview
Pietro Belluschi, while working at MIT, designed this model home for Joseph Eichler's (1900-1974) Eichler Homes, Incorporated, toward the end of the latter's life. It was illustrated in an advertisement for Cabot's Stains in the 05/1969 issue of Architectural Forum, (vol. 130, no. 4, p. 38).
