Built History
Located in the San Bernardino Mountains, the Arrowhead Springs Hotel was once a favorite destination of Hollywood's elite in the 1930s and 1940s; the hotel is named for the arrowhead shaped configuration carved into a nearby foothill; the hotel was laid out on 1800 acres, located at 2000 feet above sea level in the San Bernardino National Forest; the area was well-known for its natural hot springs, that are considered some of the warmest in the world;
