Overview

In 04/1901, McManus and Walker reported to the Seattle Times that their office was busy designing two residential hotels, four custom houses, 20 speculative houses, and two sets of flats, containing 8 and 4 units. One of the residences, for W.D. Perkins, was to cost $7,000 and contain 9 rooms. (See "Real Estate and Building Review," Seattle Times, 04/27/1901, p. 9.)
