Overview
This two-story office building served H.H. Dearborn and Company, a prominent real estate firm in Seattle. Erected in 1884, it was wiped away by the Great Fire of 06/06/1889. Constructed of load-bearing brick, the building's masonry walls set it apart from timber-framed stores and factories that surrounded it in Pioneer Square.
