Overview
This condominum complex consisted of clusters two-story, wood-frame townhouses, some with party walls, some detached, located near the Tacoma Community College (TCC).
Building History
Seattle architect George Bolotin (1914-1980) designed the San Souci Condominums, built during 1973-1974. WARRB Associates, served as builders,along with TECO, Incorporated, who built various housing developments in the Tacoma area c. 1973-1976.
