Overview
This residence was designed for Frederick E. Goodall, President and Manager of the Whitehouse Company, dry goods merchants, and who, in 1909, served as President of the Spokane Chamber of Commerce.
Building Notes
When built c. 1905, the Goodall House possessed the characteristics of a square hip roof cottage, a relatively common vernacular type erected for middle- and upper-middle-class families between c. 1900 and 1915.
