The CADA (Capital Area Development Authority) moved this two-story, Streamline Moderne apartment building c. 2000 from its original location at 1311 15th Street to a new location at 17th and N Streets in Sacramento, CA.

Building Notes

The Sacramento Art Deco Society awarded the CADA a preservation award in 2001 for taking the time to move a landmark apartment building rather than demolishing it.
