Building History

In 02/1924, the construction trade publication, Southwest Builder and Contractor,reported that a new City Hall would be soon be erected: "Southgate--J.C. More has made arrangements to erect the new city hall building on Post Street which he will rent to the city at $125 per month to be applied on the purchase price of the building if desired."
