Overview

In 1900, the journal, The Improvement Bulletin, contained a note on O.G. Laberee's remodeling efforts on his residence: "Spokane, WASH.--O.G. Laberee will expend $20,000 in remodeling his residence and refitting it. He will also erect a large stable at a cost of $10,000. Frederick Phair, contractor, Held & Permain, architects."
