Overview

The Palo Alto architectural partnership of William Simrell, Jr., and Kingsford Jones (1909-1994) designed this two-story, steel-frame clinic in San Mateo, CA, for the County of San Mateo. The exterior was stuccoed and was to contain 20,000 square feet of space. Simrell and Jones had a $254,443 budget and collaborated with Howard J.
