Overview

The Brookline, MA-based Olmsted Brothers, the leading American landscape architectural firm during the 20th century's first three decades, provided plans for the main features of Leimert Plaza Park or Leimert Square. Drawings provided by the Olmsteds, produced between 01-07/1928, included a planting plan, two perspective sketches of the whole park, sidewalk/hardscape plans, plans of the plaza fountain, and fountain garden planting details, among other documents.
