A notice in an 1925 issue (month unknown) of the Architect and Engineer (vols. 80-81) on page 122, indicateed that architect Frederick W. Quandt (1885-1951) was designing a $250,000 factory and warehouse building at 16th and Carolina Streets in San Francisco's industrial Potrero Hill neighborhood in 1925.
