Overview
A notice in an 1925 issue (month unknown) of the Architect and Engineer (vols. 80-81) on page 122 indicated that the San Francisco architectural firm of Baumann and Jose produced plans for a three-story apartment building for owners Stock and Jose for a Cow Hollow location at the intersection of Baker and Filbert Streets. It is not known if the Jose who owned the building was related to Edward Jose, partner in the design firm. The wood-frame building would cost approximately $40,000.
