Overview

The Great Eastern Company, purveyors of clothing and men’s furnishings, was operated in 1893 by Nathan Toklas, a relative of the Toklas Family operating Seattle’s venerable Toklas and Singerman menswear house. (See Spokane, Washington, City Directory, 1893, p. 329.)
