Overview

This two-story residence, built in 1922, stood on this site for 93 years, It served as a single-family home as well as a university building, after the UW purchased it in 1961. It was demolished by the Rhine Demolition Company, a favorite UW contractor, in 2015 to make way for a new UW Police Station. (Rhine also demolished Terry and Lander Halls nearby, a few years previously.)
