Overview

Builder/developer Richard Lee purchased six lots on Magnolia Bluff on which to build six luxury houses costing $50,000 or more, c. 1960. Lee retained architect Ira Cummings (1915-1975) to design the house at 3045 44th Avenue West. The house occupied a 60 x 100-foot lot and had approximately 1,700 square feet on two floors initially.
