Overview

The Viktoria Aparmtents, a 265-foot-tall, 25-story apartment, occupied a parcel in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood, an area that expanded rapidly after 2000, becoming filled with rental apartments for upwardly-mobile young people who worked in Downtown Seattle.

History

The prolific firm Weber + Thompson, PLLC, designed this high-rise, begun in 2012 and completed in 12/2013.

Building Notes

The Viktoria Aparmtents contained many amenitites when built, including a fitness room, business center, conference room, media room, storage rooms clubhouse, and recreation room. It had 8 floors below grade,
