This Renaissance Revival high rise featured ornate, paired Romanesque windows on the second floor, separated by Solomonic columns, with moldings that have a slight Gothic peak to them. As was common with palazzo-type office buildings, the first two floors were faced completely in scored masonry (to resemble blocks), the shaft of the building was sheathed in less expensive brick, and the top-floor crown had more elaborate detailing, often trimmed with stone.
