The Urquharts, George, Donald and John, owned and operated the Central Meat Market in 1889. It was located at 10 West Sprague Street in what was then called "Spokane Falls," WA. An advertisement for the firm appeared in the Spokane Falls City Directory of 1889, p. 15.
