According to the 1915 Los Angeles City Directory, the Security Trust and Saving Bank, Office Building was located on the southeast corner of 5th and Spring.

In 1915, J.F. Sartori served as President of the Security Trust and Saving Bank, with M.S. Hellman, Vice-President.

The Security Trust and Savings Bank had two locations in 1918, the main headquarters at 5th and Spring Street and another branch at 1st and Spring. (See Los Angeles, California, City Directory, 1918, p. 1221.)
