This unusual four level residence used its unusual height to stretch above other buildings yielding prime ocean and coastal views. A rounded, three-story atrium confronts visitors on entering the residence; an elevator and two stairways provide vertical circulation. The Lawrence House contained three bedrooms, family room, living room, dining room, and a wine cellar. The residence was featured in Architectural Digest ("Editors' Selection," 10/2010) and the New York Times in 2010.
